Equity Swaps Trade Support Manager

This is a full time, hybrid role, up to $125k base, in Midtown NYC.


A global financial institution is seeking an experienced Equity Swaps / Delta One Trade Support professional to join its Client Relationship coverage team in New York.

This function sits within Market Operations and provides high-touch operational coverage to hedge fund clients.

The team operates as a central coordination point across trading, lifecycle management, and issue resolution, partnering closely with front office, technology, and control functions.

Strong Equity Swaps experience is required.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide end-to-end operational support for hedge fund clients trading Equity Swaps and Delta One products
  • Oversee trade capture, confirmations, resets, lifecycle events, and settlement monitoring
  • Act as a primary client contact for operational queries and escalations
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and non-standard events from identification through resolution
  • Liaise daily with trading, sales, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain strong operational controls and ensure adherence to risk and governance frameworks

Ideal Background


  • Demonstrated experience supporting Equity Swaps / Delta One products in a trade support or middle office environment
  • Strong understanding of hedge fund workflows and client servicing standards
  • Experience in client-facing operations, trade lifecycle management, or middle office functions
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-volume, complex trading environment
  • Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
