    Lead Dentist Job Description

    Tend is a dental practice that's rewriting the playbook of modern dentistry. As a Lead Dentist, you'll play a key role in creating an environment that embodies our mission, vision, and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Hire and train the right clinical team members, ensuring they're equipped to provide exceptional patient care.

    2. Partner with the Studio Manager to achieve studio performance goals, including optimizing schedules and improving clinical workflow.

    3. Foster a positive working environment, identifying clinical team members with leadership potential and attending leadership development meetings.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in practice (post-graduate).

    • Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients.

    • Leadership skills that value collaboration and an inclusive work environment.

    • Ability to manage complex patient and team member conversations.

    • DDS, DMD degree is required.

    • CPR/BLS Certification is required.

    • Current License to practice dentistry in state where employed.
