- Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines.
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with multi-axis machining centers and live tooling lathes.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Machinist certification or equivalent training.
