Partner with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to develop scalable, automated, and efficient test solutions.
Design and implement manual, semi-automated, or fully automated test stations aligned with MIL and ISO standards.
Develop integration and Final Acceptance Test (FAT) plans to validate system-level performance prior to customer delivery.
Analyze production test data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve long-term system performance.
Support new product introductions by establishing robust, repeatable test processes from initial build through full-rate production.
Contribute as a member of the Material Review Board (MRB), influencing disposition decisions and driving systemic improvements.
Ensure production test infrastructure, equipment, and fixtures remain reliable and mission-ready.
