    Job Title: Senior Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA Migration

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with quality experience in leading brownfield migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the migration effort, from communication strategy to stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and change management. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining project governance structures to ensure the successful delivery of the project within scope, budget, and timeline.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager for at least one brownfield migration project from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
    • Communication Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective communication plans tailored to various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment of objectives and expectations.
    • Risk Management: Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
    • Change Management: Ability to implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
    • Project Governance: Experience in establishing and working within project governance structures to ensure project objectives are met.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Senior Project Manager or similar role.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    Nice to Have Skills:

    • SAP Activate Methodology: Experience utilizing the SAP Activate Methodology or a similar approach for successful S/4HANA migration projects.
    • Certification: Certified in C_ACTIVATE22 - SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager Professional.
    • Additional Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager in a completed S/4HANA implementation and associated product lines (e.g., Ariba, Success Factors) from start to go-live.
