Via Veneto Pizzarium is looking for a Head Baker to be part of the opening team and lead the team of bakers.We are passionate about creating an amazing group of individuals who share our passion for pizza making. Our ideal candidate is a motivated leader with experience in bread dough making and rising, as well as strong organizational skills.
The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and inspiring their team members while maintaining high-quality products.
- Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
- They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with ownership and front-of-house staff.
