Description
Senior Electrical Engineer - SupervisorCandidate will be responsible for electrical engineering support of existing products including hardware, firmware, and systems.
You will work with a multi functional team to support customers and production and will lead efforts to improve performance, manufacturability and quality of products.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of practical experience (for instance, from internships). Critical knowledge required includes Analog circuit design, digital circuit design, and embedded system design.The Job 1.Evaluate replacement components or circuit design changes to accommodate obsolete components2.Provide engineering support to manufacturing personnel to solve production problems.3.Design, test and debug somewhat complex electrical circuits to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and customer needs.4.Evaluate potential solutions to engineering problems for feasibility, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.5.Responsible for managing own work flow and developing a deeper understanding of product lines.6.Utilize knowledge to design tests and validations of work.7.Support design changes by reviewing proposed changes, engineering drawings, documentation, and change control.
Education:
Required Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. If a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering is held, substitutions may be made for the Bachelor's degree.
