Knowledge of various finance documents and security instruments, corporate filings, consents, and resolutions

Requirements:
J.D. from an accredited law school
1-3 years of experience as a licensed California attorney
Commercial real estate and transactions experience (preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
