    We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team.

    If you have experience in lighting sales or customer service, interested in joining a dynamic fast paced environment, and working on some of the most notable architectural projects in the U.S.

    The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role at Tivoli, a leading linear lighting company specializing in the commercial and theatrical lighting industry.

    The candidate should be a highly motivated team player with a great work ethic and a can-do spirit. The right person will also be a good communicator with excellent organizational skills. We value the ability to collaborate and learn with other team members.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Answer incoming customer inquiries.
    Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
    Order entry into ERP system.
    Ensures the accuracy of all orders and quotes.
    Engages with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
    Offers support and solutions to customers in accordance with Tivoli's customer service policies.
    Other duties as assigned by the manager.


    Qualifications:


    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus), 2+ years college preferred.

    Proven experience in order entry, customer service, or a related field.
    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Acrobat and ERP system is a huge plus
    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    Self-starter.
    Team player.
    Positive attitude.
    Preferred

    Qualifications:

    Experience in the lighting industry or a related field.
    Familiarity with ERP/MRP system.
    Familiarity with Salesforce.
