    Job Summary:
    Aspen Transitional Rehab

    We are a 30 bed subacute rehab facility. We are currently searching for either a full-time NOC or day shift nurse. 12 hour shifts x3 or 12 hour shifts x4.

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.

    As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.


    Duties:

    • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
    • Assist with specimen collection processing and laboratory coordination
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
    • Utilize electronic health record systems (Matrix) for documentation and communication
    • Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
    • Assist with procedures

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
    • Experience working with geratric individuals is a plus

    Skills:

    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficient in using electronic medical record systems (Matrix)
