    Welcome to Traverse Mountain Family Dental Exceptional care where your dental needs come first – that's what you'll find in our office We make your comfort and care our first priority. We accept patients of all ages, providing care for children, teens, adults and seniors.

    Currently, out practice is seeking a Front Office Admin for our office in Lehi, UT The ideal candidate will bring prior front desk dental experience, a bubbly personality and a desire to work in a drama free environment

    Duties/Responsibilities

    Front Office Duties will include (but no be limited to) ...

    • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
    • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
    • Assisting patients to fill out new patient forms.
    • Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules for the Treatment Coordinator staff.
    • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
    • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
    • Verifying patients' benefits
    • Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
    • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
    • Schedule patient appointments

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Basic knowledge of practice management software and prior front office experience (preferred)
    • Bubbly, outgoing personality with a love for patient care
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Benefits

    • 401k and medical insurance after 90 days and a bonus program

    Salary

    • DOE but starting range would consist of $15-$18 per hour
