    Job Purpose: To be remarkable in positional leadership.

    Job Overview: Team Members are the positional leaders who create a remarkable guest experience.


    • Follows Chick-fil-A Brand Standards

    • Supports Supervisors & Managers in daily operations


    • Must be able to work various shifts a week.

    • Demonstrate menu knowledge and understand of ordering systems or willingness to learn ordering systems

    Flexible Hours You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.

    Closed Sundays All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

    Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.

    No Experience Is Necessary We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.

    You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest, and have great customer skills.

    No facial hair is allowed with the exception of a groomed mustache

    No visible piercings are allowed with the exception of earrings at the bottom of the ear no larger than a dime.


    • Looking for daytime availability in the fall.

    Working Conditions include: Standing for the majority of shift. Working in and outside of the restaurant with weather gear provided.
