    We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and outgoing corporate event planner to develop, conceptualize, and execute our U.S. events strategy.

    This individual will manage various multi-channel marketing activities to amplify our brand and Olympic and Paralympic Partnership and support our new business and retention initiatives.

    Your creativity and resourcefulness in organizing successful events will aid us in creating memorable touchpoints for our clients and partners, and inspire confidence in our brand, while also driving a key strategic pillar of lead generation to contribute to ambitious growth goals.

    Key responsibilities:


    • Manage, conceptualize, and coordinate the U.S. event marketing strategy including tradeshows, speaking engagements, conference exhibiting, sponsorships, and specialty events (i.e. Broker and Surety).
    • Cross-functional alignment and communication between brand, digital, communications, and operations.
    • Responsibilities include logistics coordination, attendance (25% travel required), pre-and post-event marketing/promotions, email and collateral strategy, support with lead generation campaigns, and return on event (ROE) tracking.
    • Manage relationships with trade associations and other partners to drive product awareness, brand awareness, and new business opportunities.
    • Build relationships with Regional Sales Vice Presidents and Sales Agents to engage them in the overall event/association strategy.
    • Research and vet new associations/events in line with our ideal target audience to create brand awareness and lead-generation opportunities.
    • Coordinate and manage U.S. internal events.
    • Support other key marketing efforts as needed.
    • Finding new partnerships how to leverage events in acquisition strategies
    Key Experience:


    • BS, in Marketing or a related field.
    • Motivated by high-performance, high-energy, fast-paced team dynamic.
    • Keen sense of work ethic.
    • Must be self-motivated, positive, and confident in outlook, and demonstrate acute attention to detail
    • Willingness to travel within the U.S. travel up to 25%
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • B2B lead generation
    • Proven experience in Internal/external event coordination
    • Extremely detail oriented and well-organized
    • Relationship management, networking and excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle stress, remain calm and be a problem solver
    • Excellent vendor management skills
    • Campaign management, budget tracking and reporting on event ROI/success
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong sense of initiative.
    • Negotiation capabilities
    • Excellent team player.
    • Detail-oriented.
    • Proficient with MS Office applications and CRM, a plus
