Position: Sr. Network Cisco Engineer/Architect

Location: Onsite role in Houston, TX (Downtown)

Experience: 10+ years

Senior Cisco Network Engineer or Architect for a contract-to-hire role. The candidate must have expertise in Cisco and Fortinet Technologies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure utilizing Cisco and Fortinet technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network architecture meets business requirements.Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, KATO, BLAN, and security LAN.Demonstrate proficiency in Azure networking.Familiarity with or experience in the PI application is desirable.Knowledge of ULTM, LIMBS, and Lab Systems or similar applications is a plus.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet technologies.Experience with Azure networking.Knowledge of VLANs, KATO, BLAN, and security LAN.Familiarity with the PI application is preferred.Experience or understanding of ULTM, LIMBS, and Lab Systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Oil and gas industry experience is highly desirable.
