To provide direct service to members of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan in the form of comprehensive high quality optical dispensing contact lens dispensing services Optical Dispensing includes preparation of orders for prescription eyewear fitting adjusting glasses other vision appliances life style dispensing instruct patients selection attractive eyeglass frames Contact Lens Dispensing includes assisting supporting doctors optometry optimum care Contact Lens patients ensuring prescriptions ordered received dispensed prescribed instruct patients proper use maintenance contact lenses assisting contact lens optometrists managing coordinating schedules charting patient flow maintaining inventory contact lenses supplies answering telephones evaluating calls received responding patient inquiries routing calls needed
