**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a talented and passionate mid-level interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and hospitality.
**Responsibilities:**
Collaborate closely with clients and the design team to understand project goals, requirements, and vision.
Create innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client needs and project objectives.
Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and lighting design.
Produce high-quality 3D renderings, sketches, and drawings to effectively communicate design ideas.
Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design specifications while considering quality, sustainability, and budget constraints.
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while overseeing the project from conception to completion.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong conceptual and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
