Mobile Physician Services is seeking a part-time licensed Psychiatric APRN/PA to join our growing team of providers in the Pasco and Hernando County area.     The perfect candidate will have thorough knowledge and understanding of geriatric mental health. To excel in this role you should be personable, service-oriented, and have professionalism of the highest caliber with exemplary communication. Strong attention to detail is required as this position routinely handles patient information in electronic medical records.

    The Psychiatric APRN/PA's responsibilities include:
    • Diagnosing and treat behavioral and psychiatric health.
    • Conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
    • Providing psychotherapy to patients.
    • Managing patient medication.
    • Diagnosing and develop treatment plans for homebound patients via analyzing and interpreting medical histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic imaging.
    • Maintaining standards of care and professional practice guidelines.
    • Collaborating with our team of specialists and primary care providers to develop treatment plans for high-risk patients.
    • Partnering with local home health agencies, labs, imaging companies, and vendors.
    • Communicating with patients and caregivers regarding self-management of diagnoses.
    • Responding to patient and caregiver questions in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
    • Maintaining compliance with HIPPA and Health Care regulations.
    Interested candidates should have:
    • One year of home health experience preferred, but not mandatory.
    • Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
    • Licensed in FL, new graduates are welcome.
    Work Site Locations include:
    • Patients' homes.
    • Assisted Living Facilities.
