    Our System Engineering team is dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency within our infrastructure through advanced automation solutions.

    We are seeking a seasoned Automation Engineer to join us in our mission to enhance automation maturity across our team and optimize our high-quality infrastructure.


    As an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, designing, and implementing hardware and software solutions to automate our regimented processes.

    Your expertise will contribute directly to improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring the reliability of our systems across the enterprise.

    *Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of professional experience as Automation Engineer with a strong focus on automation tools and technologies

    • Proven experience with Ansible and proficiency in writing playbooks for configuration management and deployment automation.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with the ability to implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
    • Strong background working in dynamic Agile environments, collaborating closely with development and operations teams.
    • Knowledge and practical experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, and qTest for managing automated testing and deployment pipelines.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    *Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification(s) in relevant automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Azure DevOps).
    • Experience with other automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Selenium).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
    *Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess automation needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows using Ansible, focusing on writing efficient playbooks for deployment and configuration management.
    • Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and optimize operational workflows.
    • Drive automation initiatives within dynamic Agile environments, ensuring alignment with development cycles and continuous integration/delivery practices.
    • Utilize Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, and qTest to orchestrate automated testing processes and enhance overall product quality.
    • Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify areas for automation and optimization.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on automation best practices and technologies
