Job summary
Performs Liquid Penetrant and Visual Weld inspection. Processes hardware in accordance with internal, customer and/or industry requirements Evaluates and interprets the quality of applicable fusion weld machined and forged products to meet company customer specifications Supports other NDT personnel provides guidance to mentors trainees Level I Technicians Essential Duties Responsibilities Performs proper warm up system performance checks of NDT equipment Maintains daily monthly logs records assure traceability components Performs interpretations evaluations of NDT results respect codes standards specifications Responsible for writing work instructions documentation May perform participate inNADCAP audits Provides on job training guidance to trainees personnel
