    TrinityPoint Wealth is actively seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Paraplanner to join our team and play an integral role in our operations. This individual will collaborate closely with our financial advisors, contributing to the financial planning process and assist in delivering high quality advice and solutions to our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Data Gathering: Collect and organize client financial information, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, tax documents, and estate planning details.
    • Financial Analysis: Assist financial advisors in analyzing client financial situations, identifying financial goals, and assessing risk tolerance.
    • Financial Planning Software: Utilize financial planning software to create financial projections, retirement plans, investment analyses, and other financial planning reports.
    • Portfolio Analysis: Assist in analyzing client investment portfolios, evaluating asset allocation, and recommending portfolio adjustments based on financial goals and risk tolerance.
    • Financial Plan Development: Collaborate with financial advisors to develop comprehensive financial plans that address clients' financial objectives, including retirement, education funding, tax planning, and estate planning.
    • Client Presentations: Prepare materials for client meetings, including financial plans, investment proposals, and other relevant documents.
    • Investment Research: Conduct research on investment products, asset classes, and market trends to support investment recommendations.
    • Compliance Support: Ensure that all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and the firm's internal compliance policies.
    • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on financial plans and investment recommendations.
    • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling client meetings, maintaining client files, and processing paperwork for account openings, transfers, and investment transactions.
    • Continuing Education: Stay updated on industry trends, financial planning strategies, and regulatory changes to enhance knowledge and skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar certifications may be preferred).
    • Relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools, including knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and investment research platforms.
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to perform financial analyses and projections.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and financial advisors.
    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and understanding of SEC regulations applicable to RIAs.
    • High attention to detail and organization to manage multiple client cases and administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of financial professionals.
    • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding fiduciary responsibilities.
    • Professionalism and a proactive approach to supporting financial advisors and clients.
