    Watts is looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager who will lead the development of marketing initiatives and support growth objectives across our Digital business platform.

    In this role, you will partner with members across the organization to set strategy, articulate a vision, and lead the team toward achieving goals.

    You will need to think both strategically and tactically as you execute marketing plans & campaigns, ensure brand consistency, increase awareness, engage customers & markets, and drive revenue.

    This individual leads the development of integrated marketing campaigns & promotions, development of campaign deliverables with in-house and external partners, and regularly reports on performance.

    You Will

    Own the execution of the marketing roadmap and strategy for the Digital business unit
    Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
    Use data, insights, and KPIs to inform brand strategies and decision making
    Develop and manage execution of integrated marketing campaign plans (B2B) that support business unit's objectives and drive awareness and growth
    Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and scheduling, budget planning/tracking, creative/production timelines, measuring campaign effectiveness/metrics and driving continuous improvements
    Project manage execution of marketing deliverables for new initiatives. Identify and communicate potential issues/risks to key stakeholders within the business and external agencies/vendors.
    Manage the creation and execution of digital/automated lead nurturing campaign paths that include lead scoring, list segmentation, testing, and analytics

    Manage the strategy and execution of trade shows/events and membership affiliation which includes pre and post-event promotions, coordination of editorial meetings, and follow up.

    You Have

    Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing or Marketing Communications.
    Experience with strategic marketing operations, brand marketing, product marketing, advertising, or multi-branded marketing.
    Strong knowledge of the digital and offline marketing landscape and how they interrelate.
    Demonstrated experience with marketing campaign planning and best practices.
    Demonstrated success in developing and launching marketing campaigns that deliver results.
    Demonstrated experience executing trade shows and events, advertising, and digital marketing activities.
    Superior project management and organizational skills.
    Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
    Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, a plus
    Up to 20% travel.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
