With the goal of supporting client needs through styling efforts, this individual is a passionate brand ambassador who is responsible for promoting brand engagement with clients, partners and within their city.Responsibilities include supporting floor coverage financial targets visual merchandising standards client service operational functions ensuring store atmosphere upholds image of the brand acquiring retaining clients creating cultivating relationships delivering best possible client experience finding resolutions to customer service issues bringing activations events in store seeking client acquisition retention development coaching motivating training developing internal teams achieving performance goals setting them up for success growth opportunities attending participating at store meetings managing resolving conflict in workplace ensuring all inventory initiatives are completed protecting company assets handling cash inventory expenses supporting Client Consignment business providing support to ensure that all processes are compliant legal safety internal procedures partnering cross functional partners as necessary.
