WeTheHobby, a trusted and respected brand in the sports entertainment industry, is looking for a Senior Director of HR & People to lead our HR and People teams.

This candidate will be responsible for implementing and enhancing the appropriate processes to help us ensure our strong culture is maintained, all HR systems functional optimally, and that all of our team members have positive and impactful career growth.

Goals for Sr.


Director, HR & People :
Provide the personalized Learning & Development roadmap for each department/team member that best augments their career growth
Support enhancement of the organizational operating model and structure that aligns to our long-term enterprise strategy
Manage HR team and all associated workflows (ensuring regulatory compliance, lead candidate acquisition, handle employee benefits/employment issues, define people objectives, performance reviews, etc.)


Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted and respected voice to help up-level total organizational quality
Lead decision-making as subject matter expert when it comes to HR/People strategies
Ensuring appropriate HR policies, processes, and procedures are followed


Preferred skills and qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years experience in HR and/or People roles
Minimum 3+ years experience leading teams / serving in an executive capacity
Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity
Welcoming, inclusive, kind, and effective leadership principles
Willingness to relocate to our Rochester, NY
