    Description

    Production Control Administrator

    The Production Control Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Department by maintaining accurate work-in-process jobs, processing work orders and assisting with inventory management.

    Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new builds, processing sales orders for nozzles and accessories, compiling weekly bit count reports and maintaining inventory locations. Additionally the role requires data entry document control to support production processes.

    A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with excellent oral written communication abilities enabling effective collaboration across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel is also required as well as experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems. A background in manufacturing supply chain operations is highly desirable along with proven experience in production control operations administration or inventory management.
