    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant (Certified or Non-Certified). This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
    • Perform patient testing using approximately 8 machines after proper training.
    • Provide excellent patient care, including dilating eyes, rinsing eyes, and applying ointments.
    • Accurately document patient health history and concerns.
    • Prepare patient records for the next day.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, including other doctor's assistants and the doctor.
    • Dispense glasses and contacts to patients.
    • Assist the optical department with daily tasks such as ordering, answering phones, and organizing.
    Qualifications:
    • Reliable and punctual.
    • Caring and friendly personality.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask efficiently.
    • Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
    • Strong verbal communication skills.
    • Previous experience with patient care is a plus
