    Your Key Responsibilities


    As a valued member of our team, you will:

    PT Business Management

    • Build and maintain an active client base.
    • Manage your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
    • Market and sell personal training programs through various channels.
    • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products.

    Service and Hospitality

    • Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
    • Enhance member experiences through personalized interactions.
    • Create and coach tailored programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
    • Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

    Professional Development

    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.
    • Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

    Qualifications


    To thrive in this role, you should possess:

    • A current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
    • A current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
    • A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
    • The ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
    • Basic computer and technology skills.
    • An energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

    Pay Transparency


    Compensation ranges from $63.50-$72 per session, with additional earnings for non-session related activities and incentive bonuses.
