    Marketing Email Manager

    About the Role:

    We're looking for a strategic and analytical professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through optimized customer relationship management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Journey Optimization: Build and optimize customer journeys to enhance engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
    • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, etc.) to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
    • Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage data to identify customer trends, preferences, and behaviors; turn insights into actionable strategies.
    • Segmentation and Personalization: Use advanced segmentation and personalization techniques to deliver targeted messaging and offers.
    • Performance Improvement: Develop and test new approaches to improve performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Collaboration and Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Data Analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree. Focus on Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related marketing roles.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
    • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
