    Responsibilities

    As a CNA, your duties will include caring for guests under the guidance of a registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse. Some of the tasks involved are:

    • Recording vital signs accurately,
    • Measuring height, weight, intake, and output,
    • Maintaining a clean environment for guests,
    • Assisting with personal hygiene activities such as bathing and grooming,
    • Helping guests with eating and drinking,
    • Monitoring skin condition and providing necessary care, including reporting changes to the nurse,
    • Addressing mental health and social service requirements of the guests.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED),
    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
