    Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. (RPG Law) is looking to add a dynamic litigation attorney to the firm's expanding litigation practice group. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity for RPG Law. Come join our team as we expand our litigation practice beyond community association representation and into the following areas:

    • General business litigation
    • Construction defect litigation
    • Property damage / property insurance litigation
    • Professional liability claims
    • Discrimination claims
    • Fair debt violations
    • General real estate litigation

    PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong preference given to applicants with 3+ years of experience in litigation (from pre-suit through to trial – depositions, mediations and hearings).
    • Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
    • Time management prowess to meet deadlines is crucial.
    • Whether you're a seasoned litigator or a budding legal talent, if you possess the drive and dedication to excel, we're interested in meeting you.
