Position Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional client serviceDevelop and implement strategies to reduce clients tax billsWork closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting and compliance servicesManage, develop, train, and mentor staffWork with partners on delivering innovation tax planning strategiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in AccountancyMasters degree in Taxation preferredRecent experience working in a public accounting firm- 10years of experienceyears of federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in accountingA CPA is required for the Sr Manager role, not required for Manager levelSolid experience in partnership returnsExperience in the hospitality, franchise or retail industries is preferredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsComputer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technologyExperience managing a remote team preferred but not required$135,000 - $220,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
