This position involves working as a mortgage processor to process conventional and government loan requests for our client.

• Effective communication with all parties involved in a new loan application to ensure a smooth process.
• Collaboration with internal departments and external organizations to gather necessary documentation
• Notify relevant parties of any irregularities related to standard mortgage guidelines.
• Monitor credit reports, appraisals, income documentation,
  and verifications meet underwriting conditions
• Evaluate changes required for regulatory documents using analytical skills

• Evaluate risk-related issues
