What will you do as a Certified Dietary Manager

Direct kitchen daily operations, food ordering, scheduling, sanitation, menu planning, budgetary control
Initial interaction with residents and completion of food preferences
Low risk clinical documentation as needed
Manages the food service department and maintains safety standards, infection control and food quality

What you need as a Certified Dietary Manager

Certified & Tested as a Certified Dietary Manager Required (or in process of obtaining certification)
Long-Term Care Experience Strongly Preferred
