    Description

    About the Job:

    This position is all about Building Maintenance and Grounds Crew at our company. Join our team and be responsible for various maintenance and construction tasks!

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Perform fieldwork in maintenance, building renovation, and grounds care
    • Repair equipment and roofs
    • Work independently on routine tasks, keep records, and reports
    • Participate in training, research, and code compliance
    • Training in safety compliance and job-related skills
    • Other job-related duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Minimum Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, grounds, or construction
    Additional Requirements:
    Must have a valid Arizona driver's license
    For Grounds Crew: Must obtain a valid Arizona State Applicators license within one year

    Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of:

    • Preventative maintenance procedures
    • Tools and materials for building repair
    • Grounds duties and irrigation
    • Occupational hazards and safety measures
      • Skill in:
      • HVAC systems, alarms, generators, plumbing, and more
      • Communicating effectively verbally and in writing
      • Establishing and maintaining relationships
      • Reading blueprints and schematics
      Ability to:
      • Comprehend written material
      • Install and adjust objects
      • Operate machinery and follow instructions
      • Perform manual labor and prioritize tasks
      • Work independently and under supervision
      • Handle confidential matters with discretion
      • Remain current in knowledge required

      Work Environment:
      Indoor and outdoor work, exposure to various conditions and chemicals

      Physical Requirements:
      Bending, lifting heavy objects, working with chemicals, and standing for extended periods
