    • Localization & Dual sourcing
    • Support to cost reduction projects with technical advice and knowledge
    • Fit & Function test support
    • Technical risk assessment , verification, validation, reliability
    • Communicate with NTV and Supplier engineering team
    • Deep diving in technical specification of each components
    • Manage technical schedule each items
    • Compliance
    • Understanding basic international & domestic regulation related with our products.
    ISO, CE, ATEX, Intertek, ROHS and so on.

    • Test
    • Create test plan and report such as validation and reliability.
    • Production / Remanufacturing quality improvement
    • Technical investigation for all kind of product quality issues to improve and provide technical solution
    • Responsible for technical solutions for customer problems
    • Support technical knowledge to existing product and applications
    • Give basic training and guidance to local engineers
    6 . Support warranty reduction action

    • Continue to monitoring & analysis warranty with CIP activities
    Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfil the role's responsibilities)
    Create technical support object and plan
    Understand technical support process
    Understand product design and make plan
    Understand PCP
    Understand product & process data
    Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
    Communication skill with customer & suppliers
    Understand customer satisfaction is the key successful factor
    Be good at using general office software, Word/Excel etc.
    Having problem solving experience in an engineering discipline is a plus
    Self-motivate and self-confident
    Lead project with related co-workers
