- 3 - 10 years experience
- Understand engineering definitions and develop manufacturing processes
- Good decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge in new product introduction
- Generate cutting tool path and NC program code
- Expertise in machining, turning, milling, and more
- Expertise in selecting cutting tools & parameters
- Expertise in various CNC controls
- Analysis of NC codes post-processing
- Creation & customization of post processors
- Expertise in simulation software
- Create tool 3D models and drawings
- Fully conversant in reading Engineering & Manufacturing Drawings
- Expertise in high and low volume production
- Interpreting GD&T standards
- Creation & customization of post processors
- Support root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Working knowledge on concessions, containment procedures
- Awareness of aerospace standards
- Ability to interpret GD&T
- Ability to understand specifications and standards
- Ability to execute tasks as per quality procedures
