Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to company-provided leads building trust and rapport with prospective customers.
- Drive clients to book consultations at our center for comprehensive consultations ie You Reviews and ensure a smooth handoff to the treatment team.
- Conduct thorough phone consultations to understand customer needs goals product requirements when applicable sell treatments memberships promotional packages educate clients on financing payment plan options guide them through process when needed foster long-term customer relationships deliver exceptional service communication ongoing support assist schedule coordinating orders services ensure smooth handoffs internal teams honor respect diversity uphold individual rights care fair treatment collaborate patient coordinators technicians medical staff leadership seamless customer experiences resolve concerns enhance satisfaction maintain brand standards stay up date product lines competitive offerings industry trends accurate information prepare quotes proposals sales orders track leads interactions activity respond client inquiries provide solutions recommend appropriate products services meet revenue targets achieve exceed individual sales goals proactive outreach consultative selling effective follow-up.
