- 2+ years email marketing or marketing automation experience
- Proficiency in marketing automation platform, Marketo (required), and tools (e.g., SFDC, Splash, Folloze, Litmus, or similar).
- Experience with email campaign planning and execution, including html modification and audience segmentation
- Experience wyswyg coding emails from a base template, working knowledge of HTML.
- Experience creating, scheduling, and monitoring email marketing campaigns
- Experience in project management and task delivery in work management tool (Asana preferred or similar)
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and best practices in marketing operations.
- Highly organized and used to managing multiple projects and timelines at once
- Proficiency in marketing automation
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day creation and execution of email campaigns, including design, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.
- Execute on the design, build and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns using prebuilt Marketo templates, dynamic content, assigned senders, dynamic lists, and audience segmentations.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive prospect/customer engagement and event attendance.
- Work with team members to support, develop and communicate email marketing campaigns across different channels and provide visibility in Global Marketing Calendars and Asana project management.
- Create compelling and visually appealing email campaigns that align with campaign/event in a box objectives and brand guidelines.
- Build and manage SFDC campaigns in accordance with Marketo and native campaign syncs or smart campaign flow steps.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize future campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on email marketing performance metrics and campaign results, providing insights to key stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support daily Q&A from stakeholders on campaign and audience setup, infrastructure and tool utilization.
