    New York, United States Permanent contract Retail & online banking ** Responsibilities**

    **The main activities of the Client Service Representatives (CSR) are listed below:**

    Level 1 support for all requests coming from GTPS Clients

    Respond to manual and electronic client inquiries (swift, fax, outlook, host to host).

    Client instruction controls manual entries

    Payment investigations following client or compliance requests

    Client billing and rebate management

    Account creation, management & termination

    Perform, reconcile and coordinate check related activities

    Perform FX related cases for PCM clients

    Monitoring PEGA individual worklist

    Support Supervisors and Administrators in handling Groups workbasket

    Complete audit confirmation

    Process operational losses and inform control team

    Answer daily reconciliation issues: not reconciled items, DDA suspense.

    Follow up of the daily KPIs.

    Perform permanent supervision

    Support Risk Team for Procedure and operational controls review

    Maintain the confidentiality of compliance matters relating to our clients

    **COMPETENCIES**

    Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and partnering skills. A team player.

    Handle various ad-hoc requests.

    Proactive, detail-oriented, driven to work in a fast learning environment

    Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment.

    **TECHNICAL SKILLS**

    Computer literate, including Word and Excel and Investigation Platform

    Hands-on experience with SG desktop tools or strong aptitude for learning and managing desktop applications, notably: Pega, Flexcube, Montran
