    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Required)
    • Completion of Ortho Trauma fellowship

    CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

    • Required Certifications/Licensures: Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by: medical staff at the health system facility where you are working, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers
