* Complete all duties associated with preventive maintenance systems and safety checks throughout the facility.* Assist the Plant Operations Director with general repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas of the building.* Perform maintenance and repair on plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems* Conduct carpentry,painting ceiling tile replacement other facility upkeep projects as needed*, Maintain awareness changes rules regulations affecting maintenance operations including compliance OSHA standards Joint Commission requirementsJob description
