    We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) to join our clinician-led team and make a meaningful impact in upper extremity rehabilitation. As a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), you'll be part of a collaborative environment that values innovation and patient-centered outcomes.

    Your Role:

    • Evaluate patients comprehensively, crafting tailored treatment plans that address hand, wrist, elbow, and related conditions.
    • Deliver expert interventions like manual therapy, exercise programs, wound management, edema control, and custom splint fabrication.
    • Collaborate closely with surgeons, referring providers, and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Track progress using outcome tools and EMR documentation to effectively communicate goals.
    • Educate patients on condition management strategies through empathetic communication skills
