    Multisystemic Therapy Clinical Supervisor

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced clinical supervisor to lead our Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST/PSB) team. As the MST Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance, instruction, and direct supervision to one assigned MST team, monitoring and reviewing staff activity, and facilitating clinicians' acquisition and implementation of critical skills required in MST.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance, instruction, and direct supervision to one assigned MST team
    • Monitor and review staff activity
    • Facilitate clinicians' acquisition and implementation of conceptual and behavioral skills required in MST
    • Provide limited direct services to MST clients

    Requirements

    A Master's degree and Independent License are required, along with Supervision designation (LPCC-S, LISW-S) and MST Therapy experience.
