    EHR Analyst Pay Range:

    Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.

    Salary: $54, $77,120.21 DOE

    EHR Analyst Summary: The EHR Analyst I is integral to the success of the Electronic Health Record. The EHR Analyst I provide ongoing support for the electronic health record systems, facilitates the introduction, acceptance, and integration of related systems. Aids in workflow integration, troubleshooting and consulting of health record applications.

    EHR Analyst Education/Experience: Must meet requirements to qualify:

    • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Business, Administration, Healthcare Management, other healthcare, or related discipline.
    • Experience with an electronic health record system in a professional or academic setting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years' experience working with health record systems as a super user, site specialist or a similar position.
    • Experience with Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR)

    EHR Analyst Responsibilities:

    System Maintenance & Implementation:

    • Responsible for the overall health of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
    • Perform system maintenance.
    • Review all system notifications and updates, and documents potential changes to workflow.
    • Monitor work queues for issues and brings them to the Quality team for triage.
    • Implement changes in the EHR in accordance with organizational standards and best practices.
    • Development of training material and conduct training programs.
    • Lead system change implementation efforts.

    Back End Support:

    • Responsible with the overall success of the EHR support Help Desk.
    • Track ticketing trends and develops knowledge base articles based on frequency and severity.
    • Ensure EHR Help Desk tickets are being worked in a timely manner in accordance with the sites' outlined service level agreement (SLA).

    Coordination:

    • Lead the super user program for a given clinical location. Documents super user work and conducts frequent assessment of the site's super user team.
    • Coordinate system changes with leadership for decision making. Provides well documented options independent of personal preference.

    Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Maintain up-to-date expertise on the operation and application of EHR modules.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of key indicators, standards, and processes related to EHR systems.
    • Provide management technical system guidance to improve and streamline operational workflows.
    • Provide weekly check in with site's clinical staff through elbow-to-elbow support to assess end user fluency and satisfaction.
    • Conduct EHR system training for new employee orientations and as needed.
