    POSITION: HR Coordinator
    FULLTIME: 12-month assignment
    LOCATION: Maple Grove, MN (Hybrid 4-Days In Person)
    SCHEDULE: 8am-4:30pm
    PAY RANGE: $21/HR
    (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary focus is supporting recruiting and hiring operations by conducting candidate assessments, managing pre‑boarding activities, completing I‑9 verifications, and scheduling interviews. Works independently under limited supervision, with general direction provided for new assignments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct assessments for the DL recruiting team to support candidate evaluation and selection.
    • Assist candidates with the application process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
    • Complete I‑9 verification for new hires in compliance with federal requirements.
    • Provide support to the pre‑boarding team as needed, including coordinating and managing candidate onboarding activities.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers, regularly exchanging information of moderate importance, including matters of a sensitive nature.
    • Respond to complex, functional inquiries that may require additional research, analysis, and follow‑up.
    • Schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner, ensure interview confirmations are received, and follow up as needed.
    • Make decisions using independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures.
    • Manage work with a high level of confidentiality, ensuring sensitive information is shared appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide guidance to peers regarding the handling of proprietary and confidential information.
    • Support onsite job fairs on a bi‑weekly basis.

    Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities

    Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

    Qualifications

    • High School or equivalent.
    • Must have some administrative, clerical experience.
    • Need someone who can multitask, organize tasks well, communicate with managers and new hires professionally, be agile, and thrive in a high‑volume work environment.
    • Must travel; be able to travel to Arbor Lakes, Minnetonka.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
    • Use of computers and technology.
