As our Technical Leader for IT Infrastructure, Network, Telecom, and Cloud Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape.

    About the Role:

    As the Technical Leader, you will spearhead the evolution of our IT infrastructure, driving innovation, efficiency, and reliability. Working closely with the VP of IT Infrastructure, Security, and Operations, you'll provide strategic direction while maintaining hands-on involvement in technical operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure seamless performance across critical systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Infrastructure Strategy and Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for our IT infrastructure, aligning with business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and oversee the implementation of complex components.

    Network Architecture and Optimization: Develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and highly available network architecture. Lead network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations while collaborating with vendors to enhance services.

    Telecom Systems Management: Manage telecommunications services, ensuring efficient utilization and staying informed about industry trends.

    Cloud Expertise: Design and implement cloud solutions to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. Lead migration initiatives and ensure seamless integration, with a focus on disaster recovery operations.

    Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, networks, and cloud environments. Collaborate with information security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Project Leadership and Change Management: Lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    Strong technical proficiency in networking protocols, cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization.

    Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.

    Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

    Adaptability in a dynamic technology landscape, with the ability to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.

    Hands-on expertise with a willingness to dive into technical details when needed.

    Experience in mergers and acquisitions, supporting integration efforts.

    Requirements:

    A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems is preferred.

    15+ years of experience in infrastructure design, network engineering, telecom management, and cloud architecture.

    10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT.

    Location:

    This role requires on-site presence for a hybrid work schedule, with remote working days on Monday and Friday.
