Job summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all facilities and equipment across our Washington sites. This role ensures all programs remain compliant with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.Responsibilities:
- Lead equipment and facility qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure equipment readiness and reliable operation of offices, labs, and cGMP cleanrooms.
- Oversee pest control, cleaning (GMP & non‑GMP), waste management, access control,
& building management relationships.
