We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product vision and customer experience for Amazon's last-hundred-yard automated delivery systems,++This role is responsible for ensuring that autonomous delivery robots not only operate safely and reliably in complex real-world environments,
+but also deliver a trustworthy, intuitive, and delightful experience for customers, neighbors, and delivery associates.+
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for autonomy behaviors,
- HRI,
- and customer experience across last-hundred-yard automated deliveries.
The Sr. PM will define what "good" looks like for autonomous behavior+and interaction at the doorstep—covering navigation in shared spaces,
+communication intent,+failure handling,+attended vs.
unattended delivery modes,+and edge-case customer experiences.
