We're seeking a compassionate Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as our Medical Director.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and adolescents facing diverse behavioral health and substance-use issues.

As the Medical Director, you'll play a vital role in both clinical care and administrative leadership.
Three Rivers Midlands is a 64-bed residential treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 11

• "21 years of age with diverse behavioral health and substance-use treatment issues. The work environment is collegial and there is great support in all clinical and administrative operations of the facility.

Your responsibilities will include conducting initial evaluations and assessments, leading treatment teams, supervising clinical staff, and spearheading program development and quality improvement initiatives.

~ The position is open to a fellowship trained Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists.
