    Description


    •Provide technical support for enterprise customers.

    •Application management deals with the technicalaspect of managing applications that are necessary for supporting IT serviceswithin the organization.

    •Technical management provides high-leveltechnical expertise that can be strategically applied to the design, managementand support of IT infrastructure. Develop a deep understanding of the Sumo Logic service.

    •Troubleshoot technical issues to establish the rootcause of problems and form a solution or workaround across a range ofenvironments on Sumo Agents

    •Provide documentation content and participate inonline forum support for real-time questions from Sumo Logic users.

    •Reproduce customer issues and if necessary, file bugreports, escalate cases to engineering and provide necessary documentation.

    •Provide input on product and service-relatedenhancement requests back to Engineering and Sumo Logic Vendor

    •Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, providingafter hours support for critical issues submitted by Sumo Logic's premiercustomers.

    •Should have required Knowledge on Sumo Scripting, UnixScripting, & Phyton Programming

    •Knowledge on Kubernetes, AWS and EC2 is a must

    • Developthe strategy, tools, libraries, and workflow for evolving our internalKubernetes Solution to maximize benefits for Sumo's developers and productteams.
    • Facilitateinternal adoption of our Kubernetes platform to realize optimizedautoscaling, cost efficiency, automated problem remediation, and moderncontinuous deployment patterns.
