Philadelphia, PARemote LocalDirect Hire$140k - $160kA Systems Engineering Team Lead is needed to join the infrastructure team at a well known Montgomery County company.

They are searching for a "do-er" who can oversee a team in daily chores and projects, as well as perform hands-on engineering and architectural work.

Specifically, this position is part of the Directory Services team, which manages servers, storage, virtualization, and backups. They are searching for a project designer and implementer with experience in backup revamps, VMware upgrades, and VDI installation. Cloud experience is a huge plus, since they are also trying to migrate to Azure.

Required Skills & ExperienceStrong project work with Virtualization, upgrades, implementations, migrations Expertise in VMware, vCenter, and vSphere Windows Server Expertise, upgrades, builds, migrations Strong Storage Experience, SAN upgrades, migrations, etc.

Experience managing and upgrading backups, Veeam Design and Architecture experience for server and virtualization technologies Strong experience executing projects, upgrades, migrations, implementations, etc.
